With this setup Massimo wished to represent a medieval forest, inaccessible
to human eyes, with a black courser galloping freely on its outskirts.
The trunks making up the forest come from a single mangrove root,
much knotted and branched.
Vesicularia Dubyana is tied to the tip of each branch to simulate
foliage. Rotala Wallichii, Rotala sp. green is the undergrowth, and
the background is filled with Vallisneria to limit DOF (keeping up
with the inaccessible forest theme). The prairie where our steed shows
his might is a carpet of Lelaeopsis brasiliensis, Eleocharis Acicularis,
Micrantheum umbrosum and Hemianthus micranthenoides.
Fertilization is carried out on a daily basis with ADA products.
